Private Events in Nashville, Scaled to the Room

A private event in Nashville — a milestone birthday, an engagement celebration, a corporate dinner, a backyard show — needs a performer who can match the size and tone of the room, not a fixed package. Sydney Small has fronted a four-piece band around New York City since 2018, building sets around the pop, R&B, soul, jazz, and rock songs a room already knows, and she brings that same repertoire and voice to private bookings in Nashville. The format is chosen based on guest count and venue size: a full band for a larger gathering that needs the floor filled, a duo for a middle-ground room, or a solo performance with backing tracks for a smaller, more intimate setting.

What's Included in a Nashville Private Event Booking

How Booking Works

  1. Decide the format and length you want. Full band, duo, or solo — and whether you want one continuous set or music broken across the evening.
  2. Set a real budget range. There's no fixed rate card; every booking is priced on what the room actually needs, so come with a number or range in mind.
  3. Build a short song brief. Two or three must-play songs and the general mood you're after (background music, dancing, a specific genre lane) help shape the set.
  4. Send the request. Give the date, the Nashville venue or address, the event type, and your budget. Booking is direct — no agency middleman.
  5. Get a reply within 48 hours with availability and a plan for the date.

Proof: A Real Nashville Date, Not Just a Claim

Sydney Small's Nashville presence isn't a marketing claim — it's a booked, dated show: Sydney Small playing Losers in Nashville on 6/14/2026, part of a wider track record that includes residencies and shows at some of New York City's most respected live music venues, including The Groove, the W Hotel, the Rainbow Room, Café Wha?, The Flatiron Room (NoMad and Murray Hill), Prohibition, The Red Lion, and Casa Cipriani. She has fronted the same four-piece band lineup since 2018 — not a rotating pickup group — and her sound draws on powerhouse voices like Amy Winehouse, Adele, and Aretha Franklin.
